Please ensure you have thoroughly read our terms and conditions before placing an order with Pony Poo Ltd. You will understand that as soon as you have ordered a product you have agreed and are bound to Pony Poo Ltd terms and conditions.
When prompted to read our terms and conditions upon registering please ensure you fully understand and are happy with them before accepting. You will not be able to buy any products unless you agree and accept these terms and conditions.
We have the right to modify and add new terms at any appointment should we feel we want or need to. Modifications will be effective immediately. Although we will try and inform users of any such modifications, it is not essential for us to do so. It is your responsibility to continue to check the terms and conditions before buying any products and your continued use on the site is acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Site users
We will only sell products to persons 18 years or older. By registering online and buying a product from Pony Poo Ltd you are verifying that you are legally capable to buy the product and are 18 years old or over. All information you provide us is accurate and complete.
4. Registration and password
4.1 When you register to our site Pony Poo Ltd you are providing us with the correct details to the best of your knowledge and agree to keep your personal details up to date.
4.2 Keeping Your password confidential protects your account and this is your responsibility to do so, we take no responsibility for hackers or fraudulent activity on your account. You are responsible for keeping this safe and not telling anyone else your password or using a common password. Pony Poo Ltd will not take responsibility for any loss or damage which is due to your password or account being misused.
5. Our products and accuracy
5.1 Pony Poo Ltd will always try and ensure the information we provide in descriptions, prices and general information is as accurate as possible.
5.2 The images are for illustration purposes only and sometimes may differ to the product slightly.
5.3 Any advice we provide either via our website or via email will always be as accurate and appropriate as possible. No advice is ever intended to replace your vet’s advice.
5.4 Size and packaging could sometimes vary slightly due to the suppliers and manufacturers. We do not always have images for every size product. Please ensure you have checked you have ordered the right size/amount.
6. Placing an order
6.1 When you place an order with Pony Poo Ltd you will receive a confirmation email to acknowledge we have received your order request.
6.2 Pony Poo Ltd have the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time without reason. You will be issued a full refund should this happen. This could be for a number of reasons but not limited to out of stock items, not being able to deliver to the timescale you have asked for, not having the correct animal details or we may have noticed an error in the price or description of the product. We do not have to tell you the reason and have the right to cancel right up until dispatch.
6.3 Please ensure you have your order number handy if you need to contact us about an order you have placed, this will be sent in the confirmation email.
6.4 To check product availability, please contact us via email or telephone.
6.5 Once your order has been approved and dispatched you will receive a dispatch email providing shipment details.
7.1 Pony Poo Ltd will aim to dispatch your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you have ordered multiple items, we will not dispatch your order until all items are available, this could in some cases slow your order down.
7.2 We deliver to UK Mainland, UK Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland.
7.3 Once we have dispatched your product and it has left our warehouse and you have received your tracking number it is no longer our responsibility. We are more than happy to still help track down your parcel though but will be based on Royal Mail’s lost in transit terms and conditions and we will not be able to report as missing until after 14 days of dispatch.
7.4 We aim to dispatch your parcels with Royal Mail insurance so you should be covered should anything go missing.

7.6 If your parcel was sent via special courier please contact us to track your parcel if you are concerned it may be missing.
7.7 If you have not entered the correct address, Pony Poo does not take any responsibility for items being delivered to the wrong address.

8. Returns and refunds
8.1 We can accept returns as long as they are returned within 14 days of receiving your parcel. We aim to refund within 14 days of receiving the returned parcel.
8.2 The parcel will need to be returned unopened and unused and in exactly the same condition as it was when you received it, if not we may not be able to refund you.
8.3 Return postage will need to been paid for out of your own expenses, it will not be paid for by Pony Poo Ltd.

2: Return your parcel to Pony Poo Ltd, Unit 3 Ashleigh Meadow, Tregondale Farm, Menheniot, Cornwall, PL14 3RG. Please ensure you get a tracking number. We do not take any responsibility for goods that have been lost in the post on returning.
3: Providing the products are in there original packaging and not opened and used then we will issue a full refund within 14 days (minus the cost of postage)

10: Legal matters
All rights, including copyright of Pony Poo Ltd website is owned by Pony Poo Ltd and should not be used by anyone unless requested in writing and agreed by us. All pages are owned and controlled by us. You may display or retrieve the content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, copy, download, broadcast, store, change, show or play in public any of the content on Pony Poo Ltd without written consent from us.
11: Events out of our control/force majeure
A force majeure event refers to the occurrence of an event which is outside the reasonable control of a party and which prevents that party from performing its obligations under a contract.
Pony Poo Ltd will not be liable for any events outside of our control resulting in delay or failure to provide a service due to any of the following events or circumstances outside our reasonable control:

11.6 Failure of any communications, telecommunications or computer system including shortage of energy supplies.

12: Public Reviews
By submitting a public review on Pony Poo Ltd you are agreeing to allow us to display this on our website and social media channels. Product reviews should be true, accurate and current and be about the product not the service. We reserve the right to edit, modify or delete a public review if we do not feel it is fair.
